We are one of the leading manufacturers of Gas Engines/Generators with manufacturing facilities in India. Our gas engines are used in various applications like Gas Generators, Oil Rigs, Gas Compressors, etc. We have a history of more than two decades in the field of power generation with a current installed manufacturing and assembly capacity of around 5000 Gensets per year. Our Gas Engines/Generators ranges from 4KW to 20MW.

Our Manufacturing facility boasts one of the best assembling lines. The company has invested in state of the art technology to ensure a consistently high-quality product is churned out in terms of Quality Assurance. We have supplied and installed numerous Gensets in various sectors like Gas Stations, offices, telecom, Group Housing Societies, Waste Management Projects, retail chain, construction, infrastructure, data centers, etc.

WHAT WE DO

Integrated Composite Dispensing Unit (ICDU)

Chroma-Ator has created innovative solutions such as the CNG Refueling Units, which can supply CNG/LNG in areas without Gas pipelines. Our patented composite integrated dispensing unit is the most sought after product. It is capable of dispensing approximately 1750 Kgs of gas in one filling, from the input pressure ranging from 4 Bar to 250 Bar. It is a complete daughter-booster station solution. Our pioneering technology can operate without electricity and combines storage, booster, and dispenser into one integrated product.

CNG Dispenser

CAT Series CNG Dispenser - Chroma-Ator CNG Dispenser is designed to meet the highest safety, reliability and performance demands. The CAT series CNG Dispenser provides a wide range of options, which means that it fits seamlessly with the rest of the systems and solutions on your forecourt. It provides a flexible range of CAT Series CNG configurations, comprising dispensers for standalone use, with single and double-hose column that can be both single and double-sided. We use standard Point of Sales (POS) protocols, which can be combined with other systems on the forecourt and it comes with a wide selection of options, such as an Emergency Shut Down system or internal valve sequencing. Chroma-Ator CNG dispensers are designed to last longer even in the harshest of conditions.

Mobile Refuelling Unit

When the CNG trailer is at the remote station site, the booster pump installed on the trailer works compressing the gas into the high pressure banks of second cascade @250 bar (low and high) and simultaneously it can refuel the vehicles through CNG Dispenser having two arms. The CNG Dispenser is provided with two mass flow meter (FT) that allows to measure the actual gas sold to the final user in Kgs. The Pneumatic pump requires compressed air at 5-6 bar to fill the high pressure bank of the second cascade.

HCNG Technology and Equipment

Our HCNG (Hydrogen-Enriched Compressed Natural Gas) technology combines bio-CNG or natural gas with hydrogen to create a cleaner, more efficient fuel for the future. Using advanced HCNG blending and control systems, hydrogen is precisely mixed with CNG or natural gas to form a stable HCNG gas mixture suitable for HCNG vehicles, industrial burners, and power applications. The technology enhances combustion efficiency while cutting CO₂, NOx, and particulate emissions

Biogas Plant

Our Biogas Plant solutions convert organic waste, food waste, animal dung, and Agri-waste into clean, renewable energy through anaerobic digestion. Designed for industrial, commercial, and rural applications, these plants efficiently produce biogas, biomethane, and bio-CNG. Each Gobar gas to CNG plant or Indhan gas biogas system includes modules for biogas purification, upgradation compression, and odourising to meet grid and vehicle-grade standards. With automated operation, compact skids, and robust performance, our plants are ideal for waste-to-energy projects and decentralized renewable fuel generation. Trusted across India and globally, our systems comply with MNRE, ISO, and international bioenergy norms.

Odorizer Unit

Our Odorizing Unit is a precision-engineered system designed for biogas, natural gas, bio-CNG applications to ensure safety and leak detection. It automatically injects trace amounts of ethyl mercaptan, giving the gas a distinctive smell for quick identification of leaks. These gas odorization systems are used in city gas distribution, CNG filling stations, and biogas upgrading plants. Built with advanced dosing technology, they ensure consistent odour levels in both low- and high-pressure pipelines. Fully compliant with PESO and international gas safety standards, our odourising unit systems are available across India, Europe, and the Middle East for clean energy networks.
